What is a cookie?
We make use of cookies on this website. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent along with pages from this website [and/or Flash applications] and is stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. The information stored therein can be sent back to our servers on a subsequent visit.
Use of permanent cookies

Tracking cookies from ourselves

Tracking cookies from our advertisers
With your permission, our advertisers place “tracking cookies” on your equipment. They use these cookies to keep track of which pages you visit from their network, in order to build a profile of your online surfing behaviour. This profile is partly built on the basis of comparable information that they receive from your visit to other websites in their network. This profile is not linked to your name, address, e-mail address and the like as known to us, but only serves to tailor advertisements to your profile so that they are as relevant to you as possible.
Google Analytics
A cookie is placed via our website from the American company Google, as part of the “Analytics” service. We use this service to keep track of and to get reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. We have/have not allowed Google to use the obtained analytics information for other Google services. The information that Google collects is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is emphatically not given. The information is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google claims to adhere to the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.”
Facebook and Twitter buttons
Our website includes buttons to promote (“like”) or share (“tweet”) web pages on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. These buttons work by means of pieces of code that come from Facebook or Twitter itself. Cookies are placed through this code. We have no influence on that. Read the privacy statement of Facebook or Twitter (which can change regularly) to read what they do with your (personal) data that they process via these cookies. “The information they collect is anonymized as much as possible. Business recognition software
To measure the business use of our website, we use the Lead info service from Capelle aan den IJssel. This service shows us company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not included here.
How do we use our personal data?
We collect, process, and disclose your personal data only for specific and limited purposes:
To develop our products and your experiences when you visit our website/webshop. Purposes:
- To process your payments, if you purchase our products, to provide you with your order status, deal with your enquiries and requests, and assess and handle any complaints;

You can stop receiving communication from Praxas by mail by following the instructions given in this communication.
Mobile text messages
We will only send you promotional mobile text messages when you register for this (opt-in). You can stop receiving promotional text messages by following the instructions in the text message program. You understand that your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to these messages, and that you can change your mind at any time by following the instructions in the Your rights section and who to approach. You certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device that you use to sign up for the mobile text messages, and that you are authorized to approve the costs.
Finally, we will respect your request to stop receiving promotional e-mail, text, and post messages from Praxas. However, we can still send you service-related communications, such as e-mails confirming your purchases. We can also store information for administrative purposes.
With whom do we share your personal data?

Unless otherwise stated, we process and store your personal data in the European Union.
