El EL-SMS-2G-VAC es un avisador de temperatura alimentado por pilas que enviará mensajes de notificación SMS (Servicio de Mensajes Cortos) a números de teléfono móvil preprogramados cada vez que la temperatura que esté controlando supere un límite superior o inferior de temperatura. La unidad se suministra con un termistor insertado en una botella de glicol, diseñado para imitar con precisión la temperatura interna de una vacuna en lugar de la temperatura ambiente del frigorífico en el que se almacenan las vacunas, y un certificado de calibración trazable.

Configurado mediante la aplicación EasyLog SMS en Google Play y App Store, el EL-SMS-2G-VAC también puede enviar mensajes periódicos de resumen para confirmar que funciona con normalidad, incluyendo la temperatura mínima, máxima y media desde el mensaje de resumen anterior.

La unidad debe estar equipada con una tarjeta microSIM adquirida por separado para que pueda registrarse en una red GSM 2G.

The EL-SMS-2G-VAC is a battery powered temperature alert that will send SMS (Short Message Service) notification messages to pre-programmed mobile phone numbers whenever the temperature it is monitoring exceeds an upper or lower temperature limit.  The unit is supplied with a thermistor inserted into a glycol bottle, designed to accurately mimic the internal temperature of a vaccine rather than the ambient temperature of the refrigerator in which the vaccines are stored and a traceable calibration certificate.

Configured using the EasyLog SMS App on Google Play and the App Store, the EL-SMS-2G-VAC can also send periodic summary messages to confirm that it is running normally including the minimum, maximum and average temperature since the previous summary message.

The unit must be fitted with a microSIM card purchased separately to allow it to register onto a 2G GSM network.
